Job description

Your role will be to manage the onboarding of new users by assisting renters and car owners with registration and platform setup, training car owners on using the rental management SaaS, and ensuring all necessary information (documents, terms, rates) is correctly provided and validated. You will also offer personalized support to ensure smooth platform usage for new partners.

Tasks

Analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
Collaborate with product and development teams to optimize onboarding tools.
Create and update resources (tutorials, user guides) to facilitate user integration.
Ensure smooth and effective communication with clients throughout the onboarding process.
Identify user needs and relay suggestions to internal teams.

Requirements

Degree in management, marketing or equivalent
Proven experience in customer relations, support or project management
Knowledge of SaaS software, ideally in the car rental sector.
Excellent communication and teaching skills
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and work as part of a team.
